Ascendance est un groupe de metal rennais, fondé en 2015 par Clément Bourmaud (guitare). Le projet est rapidement rejoint par Quentin de Tienda (basse/chant), puis Vincent Le Goualher (batterie). La première demo du groupe s'intitule « Miserliness ». L’objectif d’Ascendance est maintenant de se produire en concert et de préparer l’enregistrement de son premier album.
